I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for handing my worker's compensation case against my former employer.
Two years ago, I contacted your office, asking for help. When I contacted your office, I have to admit that I was feeling as if I was being bullied by the worker's compensation adjuster.
As you may recall, I was recovering from surgery, which was related to a work. Although I did not think that I was fully recovered, the worker's comp adjuster offered me $1200.00 and told me that she would not authorize any additional treatment. I was in a quandary because I knew that my injury was not resolved, as I could barely walk. The insurance carrier told me that I was released to full duty, without restrictions, per the orders of the doctor that the insurance company referred me to, for surgery.
I have been in the casualty insurance industry for 20 years; however, I was not familiar with worker's compensation claims. So, I reached out to some of my "insurance friends". After explaining my injury, treatment, and my continued complaints of pain, my insurance friends recommended that I contact an attorney. I didn't know any worker compensation attorneys, so I asked my friends for a recommendation, and they referred me to you. Prior to my friends recommending you, I told them that I wanted an attorney that met the following criteria:

⦁ An attorney that was a "professional pain in the ass".
